The simple terms for your song.

Last updated November 4, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and MMMmc, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as mmmPower Studios. By ordering a song or using this site, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

Who can order

You must be 18 or older.

Memberships

• Plans and prices (US dollars): Song Club $29 a month; Two Voices Club $59 a month; Founder Club $199 a month, billed $597 every 3 months.
• Automatic renewal: your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and we charge the payment method you gave us, until you cancel. We show the price and billing period before you pay, and you agree to them at checkout.
• Cancel any time: from your billing page, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. There are no cancellation fees.
• What's included: one new song each month (Song Club and Two Voices Club), or the Founder Club items listed on our pricing page. Unused monthly songs roll over for up to 2 months, then expire. Songs have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• After you cancel: every song we've delivered is yours to keep under these terms, and your Song Board stays up unless you ask us to remove it.
• Price changes: we'll email you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
• Refunds: a membership payment is refundable in full if we haven't started that period's song. Otherwise the changes and remake promise below applies.

Single songs and payment

• Single songs are in US dollars: Gift Song $59, Two Voices $119, Founder's Song Board $497, and a Keep It download $9.99 (for a song made for you). Prices can change, but the price we confirm with you is the price you pay.
• After you send an order, we confirm the details and send a secure invoice (PayPal or Stripe). Work begins once it's paid.
• Delivery times are estimates and start when we have your words: about 7 days for Gift Songs and Two Voices, about 10 days for a Founder's Song Board. Holiday orders placed by December 12, 2026 are delivered by December 22, 2026.

Changes and refunds

• You see the lyrics first and get one round of changes (two for a Founder's Song Board) before the music is made.
• You can cancel for a full refund any time before the music is made.
• After the music is made, if the song misses what you asked for, we remake it once at no charge. After that, and after a download, payments aren't refundable.

Your words and your song

• Your words stay yours. You give us permission to use them only to make and deliver your song.
• Your song: you may keep, play and share your song for personal use, forever. A Founder's Song Board or Founder Club membership also lets your company use the song and video in pitches, at events, on its website and on social media.
• Not included: use in film, television, radio or video games, and uploading a song to streaming services or selling it, unless we agree in writing first.
• MMMmc, LLC keeps the rights in the recording and music, and won't use your song publicly (for example, as a sample on this site) without your written permission.
• Songs are made with AI writing and music tools guided by our team. Because the law on AI-assisted works is still developing, copyright protection for the recording may be limited, and we don't promise that a song can be registered. If you share a song publicly, please don't present it as made without AI.
• We don't copy any artist's voice, song or lyrics, and we can't use another artist's name or song title as a style request.
• Please don't send us anything you don't have the right to share.

Two Voices

Both people must agree to share their words. If one person withdraws before the music is made, we stop and refund you.

Song Boards

Song Board and song links are private but not secret: anyone with a link can listen. You're responsible for who you share them with. We may turn a link off if it's misused, and we'll turn one off when you ask.

Not therapy or advice

mmmPower Studios is a creative studio. Our songs aren't therapy, counseling, medical or legal advice.

What we can't promise

We work hard to make songs you love, but music is personal and we can't promise every listener will feel the same. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid for the song involved, and we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

The site

The mmmPower Studios name, logo, text, designs and sample songs belong to MMMmc, LLC. Please don't copy them without permission. The sample songs on this site are shared with the permission of the people they're about.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. Changes don't affect an order you've already paid for.
